Large living room with vaulted ceiling. Living room opens to downstairs suite, 3 upstairs bedrooms and guest bath and also leads to kitchen/ den area. Kitchen/ den entry can be closed with bi-fold doors for privacy.

Breakfast nook with laminate floor that opens into den/ family room and through the sliding glass door to the large deck.

Den/ family room

Large family room big enough for seperate dining room and living room furniture. This space is an open floor plan connected to the kitchen and breakfast nook. Ceiling fan from vaulted ceiling.

Shutters will be left in place for you to enjoy.

This gas heater will keep you toasty warm while enjoying the family room.

The whole house is on central heat and air but this heater is nice to warm you right up on a chilly day.

Downstairs: there is a laundry room and a bedroom with 2 closets off of the above study. Study could also be used as a bedroom or den.

Spacious deck with gas grill

Spacious deck with plenty of room to entertain, a perfect location for a swing. Ceiling fan keeps area comfortable year round.

Large fenced back yard

Don't worry, the dog and the boat, don't come with the home!
